Robert Bruce
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Robert Bruce is a co-founder of MedTech Enginuity Corporation and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer. He has over 17 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, most recently working as Subject Matter Expert for First Office Applications with the Verizon Business Emergency Communication Division. He has developed strategies to provide direction and support for all Next Generation 911 solutions. He has led several distinguished Emergency Communications Program Management teams nationwide and is responsible for the successful launch of over 200 911 projects, with many of them being First Office Applications. In this arena, Robert established himself as a true leader in the fields of Information Technology and Information Security, and is now leading his team into the energy sector.
During his tenure with these organizations, he became a prominent member of several professional support organizations where he was recognized for leadership in his field. Robert attended Pennsylvania State University School of Engineering where he graduated with a focus on Electrical Engineering. He holds Master’s Certifications in Program and Project Management from George Washington University. Robert currently has an uncontested public patent for Next Generation 911 patent with USPTO. Robert is the President of Glenn Station Home Owners Association and sits on the Advisory Board for Westmoreland Community Federal Credit Union in Greenburg, PA. Committed to community service, Robert serves as a mentor for Young Warriors for Christ, a non-profit organization committed to supporting young men in their adolescent years and providing direction on making positive life impacting decisions. Additionally, Robert is the founder of Suit Perceptions, a not for profit organization that collects donated professional attire for distribution to disadvantaged students who are interviewing so they can “suit perceptions”.

Meet the Team
Kim Davis
Kim is the Chief Operations Officer for Medtec Power. She possesses a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT), Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing Management, Master’s Certificate in Project Management, and is a decorated Army veteran. Kim specializes in telecommunications and information technology initiatives, while her Verizon Communications Advanced Diversity Degree gives her an advantage pertaining to customer service, culture awareness, and problem solving in difficult situations. Her qualifications allow her to excel in servicing the Medtec Power sector with her leadership in IT project management, cross-functional collaboration and resource administration.
Tonya Plummer
Tonya is our Project Director for Medtec Power. She holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration and Informatics from University of Maryland University College and Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Bowie State University. Her education and skills has given her over 5 years of Project/Program Management and Technical Support experience, Healthcare Program Analytics, Consulting, Product Negotiations, and Logistics.
Renee Mattox
Renee is the Director of Asset Management for MedTEC Power. Her previous 5 years of customer service, logistics, and sales experience allows her to successfully manage and complete regular and special orders. Renee provides remote support to customers and vendors, while simultaneously creating solutions for time crucial time sensitive business ordeals. She works closely with vendors and clients to assist in the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of MedTEC Power. She comes to MedTEC with 5 years of prior customer service, logistics, and sales experience.
Bernard Rodwell
Bernard is the Operations Director for Med TEC Power. He currently brings over 30 years of experience to our team in managing special projects in the corporate and private sector. His background in solving technical and construction services is a valuable asset in managing our daily operations. Bernard specializes in solving technical problem solving, and brings knowledge and innovative experience to Medtec Power. He works directly with our field teams to ensure quality, efficiency and safe work processes.

Jordan Graham
Jordan is the Field Director in our energy solutions sector. He has spent hundreds of hours traveling to provide customer care as well as remote customer service. He services the team by setting the logistics for daily services, taking inventory, in addition to monitoring the field teams location, devices, and quality of work. His given knowledge in web development and social media marketing aids MedTEC Power project promotion. In addition his background in psychology allows him to specialize in customer service, provide insight, and solve difficult problems in critical situations.

Vincent Davis
Vincent is the field manager for Medtec Power. He’s a US Army Vet with 25 years in global communication experience, including project security. Vincent specializes in the safety and security of field members, inventory, and company resources. In addition he also provides expertise input into our energy projects and special customer service.
